Wedding Day Management

You’re finished! You’ve spent months creating your perfect day. Don’t let all of your hard work keep you working the day of your wedding. Having our Certified Wedding Coordinator with you on your wedding day allows us to manage and supervise all aspects and areas while you enjoy your day.

This may include, but is not limited to:

~ Two Meetings Within the 6 Weeks Prior to Your Wedding Day

~ Wedding Day Timeline Preparation

~ Confirmation of Details with all Contracted Vendors 1-2 Weeks Prior to Wedding Day

~ Attendance during rehearsal, up to 2 hours

~ Delivery and Set-up of Wedding Day Items, such as guest book, favors, cake knife and server, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.

~ Oversee Set-up of Ceremony and Reception

~ Distribute Final Payments & Gratuities

~ Coordinate Reception Details with Venue, Band/DJ and MC

~ Use of 'Bridal Emergency Kit'
