Dear Amanda -

We are now in the middle of September - and the wedding of Andrea and Chris is well behind us. All of the planning and preparation for such a long time suddenly came to life on September 3rd at the Royal Ambassador in Caledon - and it was all over in one day. But what a spectacular day it was! There is not one thing about the entire day that I would even dream about changing - or improving.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Amanda, you are worth your weight in gold! I do not know what I would have done, had you not been there to organize everything and everybody. You continually make me aware of what was going on - and where - and when. I did not have to think about a thing - and yet everything moved along so smoothly - and the entire day turned out so perfectly.

You put so many hours into organizing this wedding - from meeting with me on three occasions - to producing a very detailed itinerary for the wedding day - to liaising with all of the vendors - to running the entire rehearsal - to fixing up the wedding cake when someone had stuck their finger in it - to spending the entire day at the venue - to perfectly packing up every single one of the items that we had to take home with us (including Andrea's veil, which nobody knew its whereabouts - thank you!).

At the beginning of our wedding planning efforts, I knew absolutely nothing about what I was doing - or what I had to do, but I realized that I was the Mother of the Bride, so I had to get involved. I had never previously heard of a Wedding Planner for the Day Of - but, My Dear, you were my saving grace, and I have to tell you that your services were very much appreciated. I do not know what I would have done without you!

Ever since the wedding, my husband keeps saying to me - "Barbie, that was a fairytale wedding." But until I started writing this letter, I didn't realize the irony of that. It truly was a "Ferri-Tale Wedding'. How fitting is that! (and he didn't even know the name of your company)

Please pass on to your assistant Jennifer, my appreciation for al of her assistance, as well. It was nice to have her with us, and I appreciated all of her help with the photographs - I hope that she enjoyed staying with us for dinner. All of the vendors who assisted us turned out to be Number One - it was like dealing with friends.

In closing, I just to say 'Thank You' one more time. You assisted greatly in making my daughter's dream come to life - and your services were much appreciated. If anyone is ever asking for a recommendation for a Wedding Planner - "Ferri-Tale Weddings" will be Number One on our list.

Thank you soooooooooooo much for everything Amanda. We really appreciate everything that you did for us on Saturday - from setting up all the venues to dealing with the vendors, to ensuring our timeline was followed to the tiniest little detail like wearing our wedding colours! We noticed everything and could not be happier with our choice to choose you as our coordinator. Stan and I both agree that it was one of the best decisions that we made for the wedding!!
